Refund Policy

Within 30 days from the moment of the initial activation of the account, in case of refusal of virtual hosting and VPS services, regardless of the reason for refusal, a full refund is guaranteed, minus payment system fees.

Refund terms:

  1. Refunds are given only for virtual hosting and virtual server (VPS) services. Refunds are not made for other services.
  2. Refunds are made only for services ordered for the first time. For example: if you ordered a hosting service, then received a refund and ordered hosting from us a second time, then you will not be able to get a refund for the second order.
  3. You can request a refund only within 30 days after the initial activation of the hosting account or VPS. 
  4. Refunds are made after deducting the commission of payment systems.
  5. In the case of VISA and MasterCard payments, the money is returned to the same card from which the payment was made. After we return the payment, the money appears on the card within 3 banking days. Please note that this payment does not appear on card statements, but simply increases the amount on the card. This type of return is only available within 30 days of payment. 
  6. The money is returned using the same details that were used to pay for the services.
  7. If the payment was made by an individual through a bank branch, the money can be returned in one of the following ways:
    • To PrivatBank card. To receive money on a PrivatBank card, you need to write a request to technical support and specify the card number and name of the recipient.
    • Through the PrivatMoney system. To do this, write a request to technical support and indicate your last name, first name, patronymic, region and city in which you want to receive money, mobile phone number to which the password for receiving money will be sent. You can receive money by such a transfer at any branch of PrivatBank, when receiving it you must have your passport and password, which will be sent to your mobile phone in the form of an SMS.
    • To a debit card of any Ukrainian bank. At the same time, the user must provide all details for sending money to his card, namely: name of the recipient, IBAN, purpose of payment, card number, full name of the card holder.
    • In another way, which will be convenient for both parties.
  8. To return money to legal entities or SPD, you must follow the instructions.
  9. The refund is made within 10 days from the moment of submitting the application.
  10. Payment is not refunded in case of violation of hosting rules.
  11. If a domain was registered at a promotional price when paying for the service, the cost of the domain name will be deducted during the refund.
  12. All bonuses and discounts are deducted during the return.
